This month, Stone Table Church and our host church, Del Aire Baptist, began merging to create "The Church at Del Aire"

"Our first two weeks have been a pretty incredible whirlwind of epic moments, details, more details, relationship building, learning, logistics, and most importantly worshipping Jesus together. What we’ve seen in a short amount of time is that Jesus is still king, the gospel is still effective in salvation from first to last (Rom. 1:16-17) and the Bible is a missionary handbook that fits into any culture. What we will be is yet to be seen, but assuredly the LORD is doing a new thing in our midst, in creating a people who will declare His praise (Isaiah 43:18-19).

As we work together to build a new culture for a new man in Christ Jesus (one in whom the enmity has been removed, and the dividing wall of hostility torn down; Eph. 2:11-18); we realize that before we witness about Jesus, we must first witness Jesus in His glory (John 17:24Isaiah 6:1-8). So our driving focus this quarter will be: worship, communication, and prayer together. Vertically, we find ourselves astonished at God’s glory, as the exalted One is displayed through worship, and preaching. We communicate with each other to build relationship and Trust. Finally, we pray together to find a unity only the Holy Spirit can bring (John 17:20-26). Jesus own prayers for our unity, ever answered for His sake, and for His ever living to intercede on our behalf at the throne of God are our constant plea. He is doing a new thing, and we are blessed to be witnesses."

Upcoming: Prayer & Share Walk
Knowing and Being Known as we lift our neighborhoods to Jesus

Prayer walking is in our collective DNA, we began walking and praying together and we will be continuing in that tradition this weekend.

We will be lifting up the people who live, work, and go to school or church here. We will also lift up the unity, witness, and work of the other churches and believers in the area. This is a beautiful opportunity to get to know each other as well as be available to people in the city.

As always, ALL are welcome and invited, we hope to see you there! If you are unable to make it, we would love if you would lift these things to Jesus from wherever you are.

Prayer Walk Details:

"He will swallow up death forever;
and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from all faces,
and the reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth,
for the LORD has spoken.
It will be said on that day,
“Behold, this is our God; we have waited for him, that he might save us.
This is the LORD; we have waited for him;
let us be glad and rejoice in his salvation.”

Isaiah 25:8-9
